Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Please check all names, spellings, dates, colours and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

We create personalised products using the information supplied by you. Once work has started on a personalised or made-to-order item, changes may not be possible.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown when you place your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product you have purchased.

Personalised or custom-made products may be exempt from the usual right to cancel simply because you change your mind, where the law permits this.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
